Appearance & Form: Globe, round, or slightly oval-shaped whole bulbs with a firm texture.
Skin Condition: Well-cured with dry, multi-layered outer skins. The pseudo stem (neck) must be cleanly trimmed to within 1.0–1.5 cm of the bulb body to prevent rot, and minimal root material should remain attached.
Color Profile: Deep purple-red to vibrant red outer skin layers, with crisp white flesh ringed in purple.
